This is what Game Fitness is based on. We want your fitness to be interactive, fun, and like a game. We offer three categories of games that cover different aspects of fitness to give you well rounded physical health. We call this the SAS system - Stability, Agility, and Strength:
Stability Training...Stability Games
These games will improve your joint stability, grace, and core strength.
Agility Training ...Agility Games
These games enhance your hand-eye coordination, flexibility, and functional core strength.
Improving these can help prevent injury by improving your balance and help to strengthen connective tissue.

These games improve total body strength, coordination during dynamic movement, and make your everyday movement more deliberate.
