ONLINE FITNESS PROGRAM (WITH TABATA)

If you're looking to get in shape, lose weight and gain muscle while saving time, then this class is a great fit for you. Classes combine High intensity Interval Training with elements of resistance and cardio circuits to maximize results in metabolic increase and energy levels. One of a kind program!
Frequency:
3-times per week 45-minute session

Fitness level: beginner and intermediate
Time: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday at 6pm
Requirements: set of light-medium weights, water, towel and positive attitude
