ONLINE GAME FITNESS STRENGTH TRACK

- Strength Track (Functional resistance training with weights, resistance band, and calisthenics)

* Strengthens bones 

* Improves weight management, metabolism, and muscle/fat ratio

* Improves agility

* Helps manage chronic conditions like arthritis, back pain, osteoporosis, heart disease

* Sharpens cognitive function

40 minutes, Tuesdays at 6 pm, Thursdays at 6:25 pm, $8 with a package of 10 or $10 for drop-ins

ONLINE GAME FITNESS HIIT TRACK

High-Intensity Interval Training - a combination of cardio and strength exercises in a circuit format

HIIT is designed to give you the greatest metabolic burn in the shortest amount of time. 

Tabata format is designed to burn more calories than traditional cardio workouts.

* Scientifically proven to most effectively build muscle and burn fat
