With a recommended 60 minutes of physical activity, surprisingly kids just don’t have many choices outside of organized sports. Safety and weather conditions are major concerns for outside play, most gyms don’t allow kids under 12. And who educates kids in healthy nutrition these days when they bombarded by ads from fast food and beverage industry.

Our program was created to engage kids in physical movement adopted from various types of sports training infused with a FUN factor.
GameFitness classes are more of an adventure where one class we go on a treasure hunt hopping through lava. On another day we are on a military rescue mission jumping and crawling through the jungle of obstacles.
It’s completely safe and supervised by a professional youth trainer. Nutrition education is part of the class
