WHAT IS GAME FITNESS ?

What is the #1 reason why people fail at getting fit? We all know that physical fitness is important for our health and energy levels, not to mention how we look and our confidence levels, so why is it so hard to make it a priority?

Unfortunately, we as humans are fantastic at making excuses. When it comes to something we don’t want to do, we can come up with a long list of them. The same is true for getting fit.

According to this study, 50% of people who start a fitness routine will quit within 6 months.

Game Fitness is here to stop this cycle. Instead of dreading your workout, you will look forward to them. The solution to making excuses that stop you from getting fit is to make fitness fun!

Here at Game Fitness we believe that getting fit is way too important to feel like a chore. If you

look around at all the new fitness trends you will notice that much of it is gamified. The CrossFit games are a huge worldwide event. Online workouts like Peloton and apps like Zombies, Run!

have made fitness more like a video game. The popularity of good old-fashioned friendly competition like the OrangeTheory leaderboards shows that we thrive on making fitness a

game.

This is what Game Fitness is based on. We want your fitness to be interactive, fun, and like a game. We offer three categories of games that cover different aspects of fitness to give you well rounded physical health. We call this the SAS system -  Stability, Agility, and Strength:

Stability Training...Stability Games

These games will improve your joint stability, grace, and core strength.

Agility Training ...Agility Games

These games enhance your hand-eye coordination, flexibility, and functional core strength.

Improving these can help prevent injury by improving your balance and help to strengthen connective tissue.

Strength Training...Strength Games

These games improve total body strength, coordination during dynamic movement, and make your everyday movement more deliberate.

When you bring gaming into your fitness, you look forward to it. We believe that your fitness routine shouldn’t be routine at all. It should be a blast! This will keep you consistent in your fitness program and help you see lasting results. You can keep your physical fitness a priority

and maintain good health, all while having the time of your life.
